Abby takes the time to get to know the patient and works well with them.
My kids have been coming since 2023, we love them, great experience with all the therapists and front desk. My kids have been improving since starting here. Kayla at front desk is so kind that when my kids or other kids are having a hard time she tries to help. Thank you so much to everyone in Achieve center ❤️
Everyone here is so helpful, engaging and understanding. I highly recommend to everyone needing Speech and Occupational services for their kiddos 18 months and up. They strive to connect with kids and their families.
Everyone at Achieve has been amazing to work with, from Mr. Don, to Mr. Dakota and Miss Cassy. Everyone is so patient, we cant say thank you enough!
Is this office even open for business? called several times regarding my childs referral with no answer and messages left. Someone actually picked up once but despite having the referral for a while at this point it wasnt completed so I was transferred to someone else to have it completed where i again left message a few weeks ago and still havent heard a word. He now is receiving services from someone else where we were placed on a waiy list. Only went with this company cause my insurance told me they were accepting patient with no wait list, but when it comels to my child i honestly dont want to work with people who cant even communicate to get the appointments going. I can only imagine the nightmare of an experience we would have IF we could even get scheduled
Ashley is such a amazing lady. She is very patient with my son and she truly listens.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the achievement center, where I had a prior experience eight months ago. My son's care team at school suspected that he was on the autism spectrum due to his lack of speech and behavioral concerns. However, the therapist's evaluation and diagnosis were perplexing. Months later, my son received an accurate diagnosis, and his doctor recommended occupational therapy at the achievement center. Despite initial reservations, I decided to give the center another chance. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a lack of greeting from the front office staff, a cold and unwelcoming waiting room, and an unengaged therapist. A male employee in the play area had been snapping at my boys was visibly irritable. honestly I don't know why he works with children as he seemed so entirely miserable this made me very uncomfortable and I requested to continue the appointment in a different room. However, the therapist seemed agitated by my sons' exploration of her office, and I decided to terminate the evaluation. Minutes after I was getting my boys in their car seats I noticed the lady I was in the play area with and her son were also leaving and seemed upset. I will not be returning to this establishment and advise other parents to trust their gut instincts. Not all therapists truly care about their jobs and have your child in their best interest. This was made clear today at the Achievement center.
My son has been receiving teletherapy for speech for about 10 months through Achieve. All the staff and therapists have been great. We see Christine. She is patient and knowledgeable. Our sessions have helped me to connect with and understand my son better.
I have one kid in speech here and one in occupational therapy. My kids enjoy coming here each week. ALL staff we have encountered at The Achieve Center are amazing!! Front desk ladies are very kind and amazing!! We live over an hour away and they always try their best to work with appointments that will fit into our schedule. Love this place!
