Achieving True Self

I had services for my daughter and it was great, but then that person left for other opportunities and we were forced back on a wait list cause the supervisor told me they could only come 1 time a month and it was a far drive and they just didn't want to do it. Then we were on the wait list for well over 6 months, and right when a therapist was going to be assigned to us, that person resigned and we were put back on the list again. Sorry I apparently live in a low priority area for your company, so I guess let my daughter not get the help she was improving with cause my house is in the wrong place

Heard great things but very disappointed. Communication was bad. One of the team members were to attend a meeting for my son to gauge his needs and gather more information for services, but did not attend. Then I received an email about 2 or 3 weeks after the fact saying to update my information. By this time, I have decided the lack of communication and failure to attend a meeting has put me off from responding further. Waste of time, imo.

This company has helped me in my career in the mental health care industry. ATS has flexibly scheduling through their scheduling team, and amazing BCBA’s in the Morgantown area who are supportive in our work with clients. As someone who has never worked with youth before ATS provided me with support, training, and tools for this transition. If you have never worked with children before, fear not! ATS will guide you in a rewarding career providing life-changing services to our clients.

ATS has been providing services for my daughter since July of 2021. I have enjoyed working with the staff that provides services for my daughter. They are very professional and try to do what is best for my daughter. I have worked closely with Brooke the scheduler and to set up a schedule of services for my daughter. She takes into account our schedule and what will work best for our family. I have also worked with the billing specialists and they were professional in helping me to get answer to my questions from the insurance agency. Currently, my daughter has Jen and Emma as her support staff. I feel that they are a great fit for our family in their suggestions and help with my daughter. I am glad I was told about this agency because they have done so much for my daughter and my family.

Our 6 yr old has had care from ATS since early this year and we are so thankful for them! Jen and Cassie have gone above and beyond to be sure he gets the care and services he needs to succeed. It's the perfect blend of allowing him to be the awesome kid he is while also helping him understand appropriate and expected behaviors and social cues. They engage with our whole family (and his school!) regularly and work *with* us to ensure continuity and work with our values and parenting style. Though I've worked in healthcare for well over 15 years and understand the "medical" aspect, living with ASD in the family is a totally different ballgame and we genuinely would be lost without their guidance and assistance!
