My daughter has been receiving treatment here for over 18 months. We have seen a lot of progress. The front line staff - the techs and coordinators - are very passionate about their work. I feel like I am listened to and the needs of my daughter are being properly evaluated and addressed. The local management team has been very engaging and helpful. I do feel like the staff could do a better job with communication. I rarely know what has happened- good or bad, or what specific skills they are working on. It also makes it difficult to keep consistency among home, school, and center without clear, continuous communication. The corporate office is horrible. It took several attempts to even get in touch with admissions initially. I don't know who to contact with any billing questions. I have found the only way to communicate with the corporate administration is to go through my local office manager.
