Absolutely loved the techs at Acorn!!! Our daughters thrived there and are doing beautifully after graduating ABA. Do not hesitate to contact Acorn for your ABA needs!

UPDATE: After responding to my comment to reach out to them vial email about 2 weeks ago I never heard from them. So you know they don’t care to make it right. My son had been on the extended waitlist since Nov 2024 for them to finally call me that they need me to fill out the registration form for him to get put on there actual waitlist. They needed the referral as well but my son is currently getting services else where. So they wanted me to stop those services but couldn’t give me a timeframe for when my son would start with them. If a company truly has there best interest & really wanted to help your kiddo they know how important it is for your kiddo to stay on there routine & not be so long without services. Obviously there company just cares more for the money then actually helping your kiddo. Wouldn’t recommend them , was on there long waitlist for nothing. And wouldn’t recommend speaking to Martha Cruz in admissions since she was no help either since all I got was attitude when I told her my concerns about stopping my current services then when I told her we won’t be going with there company she clicked on me.
We have been very pleased with their services. My grandson enjoys going and is learning so much!
First off my son hasn't started his therapy yet so I will be back to write a separate review on my experience with that but for now I want to give the HIGHEST of praises to Kassandra Suarez. She has gone above and beyond with getting my son into the therapy. She's contacted me every single day of the week with updates and even calling my son's neurologist herself. Yes this may seem like " isn't that her job", but if you have an autistic child youll know how genuinely hard to is with going through all the processes you need in order to get them the help they need and Kassandra is the FIRST person ive come in contact with that has showed she genuinely cares. So this review is specifically for HER!!!!!
Great Service great people
The people are great. Our boys are better from their time with them. Business wise they have major issues
The memories were great. The business side not so much. We had to leave because of their staffing issues. Quite inefficient business wise but kids are safe and people are great
