I'm incredibly saddened to say that June and Donna lost my confidence as healthcare providers. I have been seeing June for 4 months and never missed an appointment or was late. I received a bill in the mail for a missed appointment. I called the office to rectify the situation and was told by Donna too bad. I tried to explain that I would never have just missed an apt.and that it had to be a mistake. Donna just said sorry. I explained that my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last month and that $75 was a lot of money for me with medical bills stacking, up but to no avail. Furthermore when I asked to speak to June about it I wasn't even given the common curtesy to explain my situation and was told by Donna that June said sorry you have to pay. Its such a shame that these people are supposed to be there to provide patients with relief in stress and anxiety yet they bill me without proper follow up and when I simply try to get an explanation or help they just shoo me away. This is not CARE. Felt very transactional and like I was just completely expendable as a patient. I have written 2 reviews in my LIFE for anything. I'm not one to just rip people or companies that upset me unless they do it to the point where I feel I have to follow up in some capacity. After I was told sorry I have to pay this ridiculous fee I informed them to just forget my file and I would be seeing someone else from now on. Donna just said "no thats FINE". If you want quality care from people who actually care for your well being please find someone else.

I am blessed to have the best office staff ever! I am sorry when patients, or potential patients are upset that I am not credentialed with their insurance, or may not happy that I don't prescribe a particular medication requested. I am committed to provide the safest, and most ethical treatment required for each patient!

June has saved my life! She’s the most thorough BHMP I’ve ever met. She takes her time and not only listens but really hears you. She is very dedicated to all of her patients and always advocates for your well being. If you or someone you love struggling with mental illness June is the provider you’d be lucky to work with. Thanks June for all the you do to help me live a healthier life. Also, Donna, her RN, is the sweetest!

She is just a kind, caring, non judgemental, wonderful woman. Her office gal, Donna is equally sweet, though a little airheaded. It's cute. My daughter and I both see her and the 2 of them are always smiling to brighten our day, and super helpful. Our quality of life has been made exponentially better by these two angels.
