Absolutely ridiculous non serious unprofessional staff. They didn't had any pt available yet offered services and wasted my son's 4 important months..after 4 months the supervisor Daniel Schultz told me you can try another company if you can't wait... State should ban and fine these scammers who are playing with the lives of s Unfortunate special kids...

i call this company soooooooo many times and left voice messages many times as well. Insurance company gave me this company information to make an appointment. BUT…… No one get the phone!!! No one call me back!!!! what kind of company is this?? No one work there?? How can i contact you???? Very insane!

Thank you very much Active-Steps! Are very professional and responsible. Our son used to engage in aggressive and self-injurious behavior before we started getting services from this company. They were able to put a behavior intervention in place that completely eliminated our sons behavior and promoted more communication. We used struggle to understand our little boy before but Active-Steps recognized that he can be vocal. He is able to speak simple three word sentences now, allowing us to understand him. The company has a no hands on policy that we love. They do not believe in man-handling anyone. They also took time out to hold weekly meeting to discuss our concerns and progress each week.

Horrible people. I work at a hospital and because of COVID I have had a VERY busy schedule, I asked that they provide services at my sister's house (which they were already doing for half of the week) for the whole week until I could get more help. They refused to do so, so I terminated services. Thank goodness I was able to get an appointment with a different company within a week. Way to support healthcare workers!
