My therapist Heather and the other professionals working with me through Adaptive Behavioral Services have been by far the best I've ever worked with. They have helped me learn so much about myself, how to cope, set boundaries, deal with situations in a healthier way, and even have helped me help my children with their mental health. Heather is great and I couldn't ask for a better therapist. She knows what she's doing and she is passionate about her role.
