Professionalism, scheduling, & communication are subpar. However, those that do work directly with the kids are great at their jobs. I would refer clients to recieve their services, but not recommend as employment.

I'm extremely satisfied with Adelante, particularly with Iris, the project manager, who maintains excellent communication. If I need to ask her something, she's always available to answer my questions, and if she misses my call, she promptly returns it. Additionally, Jessica BCBA & Nicole supervises is always attentive to my concerns and incorporates my suggestions into my daughter's new program. The BTS team, consisting of Destiny and Maribale, has done an outstanding job with my daughter, who has shown significant improvement in just a year. She's become more independent, developed good communication skills, learned to manage her emotions, and can identify letters and sounds. I highly recommend Adelante and encourage parents to be patient, as the results will be evident over time.

Buyer beware with Adelante in Surprise, Arizona. Every time they bill me, there seems to be some mix up. For example, placing a past visit on my current invoice that I paid weeks ago. Keep careful track of your bills and what you have already paid them. In addition, i accidentally wrote a check to them for $200 instead of twenty, even though “the box” on the check read $20. I called them on January 27, explaining the mixup and they assured me that I would get a refund check for $180 in 30 days. Well, it’s almost been two months and NO CHECK. I’ve left messages for Jeanette in billing - and no return call. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of to say the very least. Consider another counseling service that won’t pick your pocket.

I had a very disappointing experience with Adelante Behavioral Health. The staff, particularly Maria, have been unhelpful My son was enrolled in ABA therapy, and we faced numerous scheduling issues that significantly disrupted his progress. It's disheartening to see a lack of organization and support when it comes to the well-being of our children. I would not recommend this facility to others seeking consistent and reliable behavioral health services

I’m sure I’m not the only one who can relate but they’re so unprofessional, lack Communication and inconsistent. I opened an investigation against them and they only listed the dates I canceled which was funny to me because they canceled sessions way more than I did and said I violated their cancellation policy get this they canceled session due to just hiring anyone. I get it they want to save their face but I highly recommend if your considering this place, to not waste your time. Maria is the WORST at communicating. I had issues with the company as soon as I was starting the intake process. And all she did was say “ I have a son with ADHD” like okay lady this isn’t about your kid. I’m sure her kid has all the services he needs and is prioritized since she runs the company or is in charge. I should’ve known it was only going to get worse. Their own BTs would talk about how horrible the company is and that they’re only there for experience so they can get a better job somewhere else. Save yourself the time and the stress.
