Margarita P should be FIRED from this place, Numerous times I was told “ I am a mandated reporter “ she had asked me if CPS was ever involved in my sons life and I expressed that there was a case on his father for abuse a YEAR ago. The case was investigated and unfounded yet she took it upon herself to call CPS and make the report AGAIN as if it happened yesterday. I spoke with CPS and there is 4 active cases that she has called about for the same thing. This is disgusting behavior mandated reporter or not! Especially when she stated she was calling to VERIFY what I told her. It’s sad when a CPS worker tells you not to tell these people in this office any personal information!! I will be contacting the higher up’s. She should not be working here!

I had a positive experience getting my daughter evaluated for ADHD out of the Syracuse office. The process to access services was a bit lengthy due to extended wait list, however, when evaluation services were started the process was seamless. Clinical team was able to explain the process and results of evaluation in a clear and concise way. Result report was generated in a timely manner.

Kelly C. was very easy to work with and was very kind and understanding to my brother during his appointments. I definitely recommend you ask for her to guide you thru this process.

I do get a lot out of the sessions with Gina. The time has changed cause I need to go back to weekly, my child has been having major downs for awhile. He has a couple good weeks then dumps. She has helped me through more than anyone knows.

This place is horrible, they spent not even an hour with my son and decided to label him with Level 3 autism, said hes not verbal doesn’t follow social cues etc. That is definitely not the case. We got the eval when he was 3 and is 4 now. He can read, he is VERY social and talkative and theres more words in his vocabulary than any average 4 year old. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE THEY WILL MISLABEL THEM.

As the parent of my child needing services from your organization, I must say, from the very first phone call, to the communications via the portal with those who manage the communication, to the zoom real-time interactions, before and after the evaluation with Kayla, to the in-person visit for the evaluation in the middle of "lake effect snow", to the kindness and accommodation shown from both the reception area personnel, to the evaluator, Tristan, our entire experience with all per your organization, has been a refreshing and encouraging experience. It takes special people to deal with persons with conditions served by your organization and thus, that special quality is served by the rest of us, needing the assistance you provide. Thank you so much and God bless you all.

Just came here to say this place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN Assessment AS AN ADULT. Actually I wouldn’t even recommend them for children. My daughter is getting an assessment through early intervention and I am getting mine through Kelberman. I have medical proof of a rare genetic disorder (as well as an MRI showing malformation of my brain). It’s called neuronal migration disorder and it’s why my brain is malformed. The most common symptoms are learning disabilities, ADHD (which I was already diagnosed with almost 2 decades ago, they still refused to help me), Autism, Seizures, and nerve issues like Neuropathy (most of these are suspected or now diagnosed, thanks to upstate and their neurology and genetic programs) I’m only on here to say that I’m glad I chose to look elsewhere because now I actually have answers and a team of people who are helping me. This place disregarded me so hard that they never even responded to the comment I made on here over a year ago while responding to almost everybody else. I have no idea who they are actually helping. But I would never recommend them to anybody that I cared about. The experience I went through is painful and incredibly invalidating. I ended up at community because of the breakdown I had after they told me they couldn’t help me. Do not trust them and do not go there. You are putting your mental health at risk. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I actually got an assessment. From what I’ve heard it’s lack luster and inaccurate. Edit/Response to the owner: I would love to talk to you guys about this. I tried for over a year and a half. I even went in several times filled out multiple sheets worth of paperwork process that took well over a year and a half. And guess what every single time I try to call or leave a message or an email or even on the portal it’s ignored. I was also referred to you guys by two different doctors, one being my primary care and the other being my psychiatrist who used to work for you. So respectfully, I don't see how I am even able to make my concerns heard. Every time I had called or left message it went unanswered and when I finally did get in. I was told my psychological needs were not what you guys dealt with. Which was very wrong because I already had been treated for that issue and it was recently taken off of my dignoises list because it was inaccurate. I'm just incredibly disappointed. When I first contacted you guys, everybody seemed very nice and they even told me when I came in to fill out the paperwork it would be on an iPad and they would help me with it because I struggle with writing and reading and comprehension. This was not true. I was given a piece of paper, and I was forced to fill out everything online by myself. (this was before I had a caseworker) This experience was incredibly traumatic and even getting this response has sent me into a spiral of emotions. All of this was over a year maybe two years ago at this point. Edit 2: I actually contacted them on my portal again and did not get a response. To the owner, who seems so concerned about bad reviews, but not to actual peoples mental health concerns I would appreciate a number that I will actually be able to contact a human being and talk to them. Every single time I get the voicemail message and obviously you guys are not going to return my voicemails. I don’t even know why I’m continuing to try to reach out to you because it’s escalating my anxiety to a point that is very unhealthy. If you want people to get in contact with you, leave some sort of contact information that you will actually reply to. It’s incredibly unprofessional to tell someone to reach out and not give them any access to reach out, especially somebody who has autism. I just wanted help. I was willing to wait the two-year waiting list. I was willing to fill out all the paperwork, even though it was a struggle for me and I tried to stay patient and civil for two years. Again, I’m going to tell people to stay far away from this place.
