Adler Therapy Group

My son sees Shannon Williams at the Newport News location. She is phenomenal ! She has worked with my son for almost 2 years and he has made incredible strive in his speech.We credit her for all her amazing work! We are truly grateful for her and the staff is all so kind ! Thank you Adler therapy !

I do not recommend for toddlers!!! My son just turned 4 and has been going here for around 9months for speech it’s a 30min session every Friday but his therapist pulls him 10min behind schedule just about every session and brings him back 5min before his time is up. They are terrible with keeping appointments canceling at least once every month only for me to turn around and be harassed by Melinda for a $50 no show fee for not canceling 24hours in advance when they’re the ones who cancelled. I’ve downloaded the exact app they use and have been working with my son everyday and have seen a tremendous difference. Also to all military families this is the place Tricare wants to send us all but I advise against it. Do your own research and find a therapy group that wants more than your money and insurance.

My experience with Adler Therapy service was amazing. They have given me the best occupational therapist name Cassidy and she did a phenomenal service for my baby girl. She helps my baby accomplish many goals that we have set for her. She has given me hope that my baby will go beyond her expectations of her having angel man syndrome. I wish her service will go out to Newport News but I know she’ll do amazing service for others baby that’ll need her help. Thank you Cassidy for helping my baby and I hope you have many blessing coming your way.

Our OT therapist, Kristina, has been absolutely wonderful. Although we haven’t been working with her for very long, my child has already made incredible progress. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to her work. My child looks forward to every session, which speaks volumes about the positive connection she builds. I want to just thank the whole organization for guiding me and my family the whole 3 years we received services from the program. My daughter definitely got so much help, love, patience and growth since receiving their therapy sessions. They work well with scheduling and everything. I wish services could stretch out longer. Big shout of to Chelsea and Marissa for navigating us through. We will definitely miss the program.

Great place with great staff the ladies here are awesome so glad they were recommended to me ! Working hard to figure out a game plan for me , very nice I highly recommend and I love their set up for the office they don’t leave you feeling like “ what’s next “ and they also push you ! And I love that so much but that Melinda is horrible

A year ago, my son went to Alder Therapy Group at a different location and had such great results that I decided to try them myself—and I’m so glad I did! I visited their Enterprise Parkway location for physical therapy, and it was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly personable and professional. I mainly worked with Jackie and Samantha, who provided challenging yet easy-to-understand exercises I could do at the clinic and home. They made a huge difference in no time! Highly recommend!

My daughter was in speech therapy with Madeline at the Newport News office for over a year. We loved Madeline ! My daughter at 3 years old got so excited pulling into the parking lot because she knew she was going to see Madeline. My daughter is now excessive talker and loves making conversation with just about anyone. She just started Pre-k and her teachers said she is a social butterfly. We are truly thankful for Madeline. She is a phenomenal speech therapist with the kindest heart.

The staff is nothing short of amazing. They always bring good vibes and make sure you are crispy after each session. At my ripe 30 years of age and having lower back issues, they genuinely helped correct over a decade of bad habits and I feel less pain daily. Recommend 1000 times out of 100. Shoutout to Jackie and Hannah for the patience to take care of my old self.

Kristyn Peters is the best occupational therapist and deserves a raise!! Before, I couldn’t eat (out of jars), couldn’t get out of bed(had to roll off), couldn’t take a bath, and couldn’t put any weight on my left wrist. In just 8 weeks Kristyn performed a miracle and now I’m testing better than the average for my age group. No issues weight bearing at all. I noticed many patients did not want to leave her !
