Amazing people. Great place/Program
Last night, a mother of a client/family member at ADVANCE called me, as she was concerned because he was not answering his phone. I tried several times as well. I called, and reached the CEO of ADVANCE, Brian Ardry, who had the on-call phone for emergencies. He answered and assured me it would be taken care of. Shortly, thereafter, the mother called me and said it was taken care of. Turns out it was just a faulty phone...but ADVANCE and Brian Ardry didn’t know that for sure. I’ve worked in healthcare for 35 years-this was the most outstanding moment I will always remember for caring from the top down. Well done.
