Such an AMAZING place with the kindest staff. The programs are always well thought out and everyone here is such hard workers and dedicated to the care they provide. From the RBTs, to the BCBAs, and the front desk, the moment you walk through the doors, everyone is always smiling and welcoming. Bigoted. Talked down to me as an autistic adult. When asked about inclusion of autistic adults in leadership, kept ignoring mu concerns, just trying to sign me up for services without hearing me out. Very condesecneding, very dismissive, very cold hearted, hung up on me, did not answer my call. If this is how we treat autistic adults today, how will we treat the autistic children when they become adults? Organizations like this is the problem. Called back to speak to the owner. Clearly, the receptionist read this review, asked who I was. When I answered, she hung up on. Judge an autism organization on whether or not they see autistic people as essential equal colleagues like the autism parents and "experts".
