These reviews are absolutely not real. “Moris” mentioned in another review is likely the same rude and unprofessional employee I dealt with. This company has completely taken advantage — they billed my insurance for four separate “assessments,” totaling over $2,000 out of pocket after a single one-hour visit where my son was asleep the entire time. No additional sessions or communication occurred after that initial visit. After billing, they repeatedly called my phone urging me to quickly sign a treatment plan so they could bill insurance again. This company should be investigated for unethical billing practices. I would never recommend them to any family.
