We were drawn to Advanced Behavior Analysis because their marketing and intake process suggested our child would receive thoughtful, high-quality therapy. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Compared to other therapies we’ve tried, it did not feel individualized, and we were not confident that the clinicians truly understood our child’s needs. This ABA company did not meet our expectations and left us deeply disappointed. This company may be a better fit for children who align more closely with a generic model of care, but for families seeking a more individualized or nuanced approach, it fell short.

My daughter went here from when she was 2-5 years old, in that time the turn over rate for the RBTs was minimal, they treated my daughter like they were one of their own and she thrived at this clinic. She would not be as far along as she is now without them and we are incredibly grateful for the experience she got while she was here. As a parent I was very involved in what was going on, I always knew who had my daughter, what she was working on, and how I could support her better at home because they were amazing at being able to explain everything to me. She truly got to feel like she was accepted and loved. They were also able to help me potty train a Non-verbal 3 year old at the time. They were able to help make my ABA experience completely beautiful and I will always support them as a company. We were very lucky that she got to experience the team she did and the incredible support we got from them. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is really great. As a Special Ed teacher and former behavior tech, I was very picky when looking through centers. I specifically wanted to send my child somewhere that was neurodiversity affirming, assent based, and respected their scope of practice. I also wanted a place that had low turnover and respected their RBTs. When I took a tour it I am happy to say that we found this at Advanced Behavior Analysis. They have worked with my son's preschool and other private therapists and incorporated their practices, and my son is making great progress. He absolutely loves going and races inside when I drop him off. They have been flexible with time changes due to preschool and the BCBA offers great supervision of the staff and regularly updates me on my son's programming. We absolutely love it here and are thrilled we found such a great place for my son to learn!

Advanced Behavior Analysis stands out from other companies with their exceptional neurodiversity-affirming care. From our first interaction, we noticed a significant difference in their approach. Our BCBA is not only highly skilled but also genuinely committed to understanding and celebrating our child's unique traits. The RBTs are compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive. Compared to other services we've tried, Advanced Behavior Analysis offers a truly personalized and respectful experience. We are grateful for the remarkable progress and positive atmosphere they have provided. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking superior care and support.

My review isn’t about the therapy or the therapists involved, but rather about the significant waste of time for both myself and my child. I completed all the necessary paperwork in October 2023, with the expectation of a four-month wait as promised. However, each month passed with no progress, despite assurances that my child was a priority and at the top of the list. It became apparent that the organization was understaffed when an employee finally admitted they were trying to hire someone for my area. It wasn’t until March that someone reached out to inquire if I still wanted my son on the list. Why not be transparent about the true wait time, like other companies that openly state a year-long waitlist? I would have appreciated honesty upfront rather than being misled and having my time wasted unnecessarily by completing paperwork when the staff wasn’t even in place.

My daughter received services from Advanced Behavior Analysis. We loved the BCBA Tori who assigned to help us navigate her needs as well as the RBT Michelle who worked compassionately with my child. The team was knowledgable on trauma informed care and did a fantastic job in ensuring she felt safe and secure through therapy. She has made amazing progress with her treatment. She began with limited language and has recently graduated from speech therapy due to this teams amazing support and collaboration with all stakeholders involved. Their work has been life changing for our little girl, we can not recommend them enough.

Advanced Behavior Analysis has helped our family immensely. Each one of the staff we have interacted with has been kind, patient, compassionate and helpful. Their clinic is clean, organized and has so many specialized programs within it like curated lesson plans and BCBA designed activities. Their sensory gym is my son's favorite and I haven't seen another company with one of those. Their admin team has been so helpful. Their staff seems genuinely happy to be there which tells me they do a good job with staff management. This is a really special company. My son has made incredible progress, we are so thankful.
