When my son started their 6 months ago he could barely say 10 words. Now he talking up a storm. My son has come along way

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Advanced ABA. I reached out in July and sent all the required documents as requested. Instead of letting me know that they had no staff (RBT or BCBA) available for in-home therapy, they let months go by and my child did not receive any service. Unanswered phone calls and emails. Samantha , the NJ/Cleveland coordinator, was the only person who was engaged. The company has offices in different states, and communication and coordination of services was woefully poor. When they eventually filled the form for my child's state scholarship in October, the scholarship was declined it because it was not done correctly. Such incompetence! Dealing with this company was a waste of valuable time due to ineptitude and lack of transparency. I wish I never had anything to do with this company, and would definitely NOT recommend them for in-home services.

This company is run with little to no integrity and would not be somewhere I would trust with my pet goldfish, let alone any child.

Great environment for ABA, very nurturing and supportive staff.

Our experience so far has been extremely frustrating. The first therapist, Brooke, was excellent, but she was only with us for a week due to a family emergency. The second therapist had no experience whatsoever and was not prepared to handle our child’s specific needs. The third and current therapist has been here for two weeks—she has called out three times and has been late every single day. She also lacks the experience required for this role, which isn’t entirely her fault, as her supervisor has yet to show up to provide the proper guidance or support. We want to be clear that we want our current therapist to succeed and get the training she needs to work effectively with our son. But unfortunately, that’s not happening—because there’s absolutely no communication, no clear plan, and no follow-through. Her supervisor was even scheduled to be here today to support her and called out at the last minute. When working with a child who needs consistency, structure, and a confident therapeutic approach, this level of disorganization is not just frustrating—it’s harmful to his progress. If you look at all the reviews with five stars that was from years ago. You can tell this company has made a change for the worst I am hopeful that they can get everything together and I really hope they understand how frustrating and how it’s not helping our child.

I was very nervous to transition from in clinic to in home ABA, but have had the best experience so far. The flexibility has been wonderful and my son has an amazing team that goes above and beyond in everything they do! He has made so much progress in so many areas, especially in his relationship with his baby brother. Getting started was so easy and they were wonderful about answering my many questions. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for ABA, it has been life-changing!
