The staff are very nice and they help my child alot! Also they have fun activities and alot of rooms too do stuff in!
Meeting Stevye at APT has been the luckiest thing for us on our journey with speech and behavioral interventions. She is an amazing therapist—extremely professional, deeply empathetic, and always giving us the greatest confidence and encouragement! We haven’t interacted much with the clinic itself, so it’s hard for us to comment on that, but Stevye is truly wonderful. Now that our child is three, we can no longer look forward to regular monthly sessions which is sad, but her impact on us continues! Thank you, Stevye!
I couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve provided my daughter. Everyone is highly supportive, professional and perhaps the most patient people I’ve ever met.
We have been going here for the last 6+ years. We have utilized speech, occupational, and ABA therapies. The staff here has always been very professional, accommodating and understanding. Our experience here has been beautifully amazing. I highly recommend coming here for pediatric therapeutic services.
Staff will talk down to you (speak to as if you are a child or stupid) , gloss over your feelings, put words in your mouth, manipulate you, and don't care about your feelings at all run away fast if you are assigned this facility.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk person; Heather. She was VERY rude, unprofessional, and wanted to argue over a topic she knew nothing about. She wanted to argue over active duty tricare because she was familiar with non active duty tricare. Both work completely different regardless if it sounds the same. It got to the point my husband called, and she argued with him too, so then our insurance called to explain how it works on our end. I get it. This isn't an area for active duty members, but why argue and treat people like garbage? Anyway, within a couple of days, I got things squared away after busting my butt to get this all taken care of so my son could be seen for speech. And then all of a sudden, there's no longer availability. I see what she was doing, and the icing on the cake was when I vented about everything I just did to get seen she then ends the call with a sarcastic "You're welcome."
Jenny is amazing!
I would give the overall services a 3.5 stars but the reason why I put five stars is because of Stevye! The best way to describe her is, think of your happiest memory and that feeling that you have is Stevye in human form. You can tell that she is a rare breed of a human being. Our son absolutely loved her and she helped me become a better mother just from her professional knowledge. On our last day in therapy, our now 2 year old walked her to the door and said, “Bye Bye, see you later!” In the saddest little voice we ever heard. This broke our hearts, because you could clearly see the impact she made on not only our child, but our family as well. We are thankful and truly appreciative for the services we received.
