Advanced Therapy Care

My daughter has been there for more than 3 years and she is very grateful for all the help she receives and she has had very good therapists. Jenny is still with her and it is the best.

We have loved our experience. We did our evaluation with the owner and she was so loving and sweet. We felt right at home and so comfortable with her. She truly cares so much about her work and it shows. We came for a second opinion and definitely will be using them after seeing how comfortable and happy my little one was here.

I would highly recommend you go somewhere else for your care. The owner is one of the rudest & most unprofessional people I have encountered.

Took my 3-year old for an initial evaluation. Rachelle was quick to earn my shy son's trust and cooperation. She got him to open up and talk and play at a time he wasn't really in the mood. He even gave her a hug at the end! The evaluation and report she had for us was thorough and extensive and any doubts or concerns we had were immediately comforted in Rachelle's ability to offer us a positive and hopeful future. We would recommend Advanced Therapy Care and Rachelle and staff without hesitation!

Our son has been receiving therapy from Melissa for a year and a half now. He adores her and looks forward to his session every week. He has made substantial gains from her care. He is now successful in school and at home and I give that credit to Melissa! Thank you for making such a difference in his life!

We have been working with Rachelle and Gale at the Mountain Home Branch. Our daughter has thrived tremendously from the treatment received! She started out not being able to take a drop from a bottle, now she is taking 1.5 oz in under 30 minutes! I can't say enough good things about this company! We will truly miss the honesty and compassion that we received here and can only hope that we find someone that cares as much as the therapists at ATC do. BRAVO!

No professionalism. Melissa told us she thought our kid was autistic as we were leaving, in the lobby in front of other patients. No sit down, just dropped it on us. No wait list for a reason. Unprofessional care, blame the patient, zero customer service from corporate. Find somewhere else to get care for your child, these people will just leave you frustrated. Owner didn't even care enough for a call back, secretary in front office is office manager. Again, find a better place. These people only care about the 2 dollars a minute they get paid, the patient doesn't matter.
