Advanced Therapy Center

My experience at the Advanced Therapy Center I didn’t know what to think of group therapy before I started all of this, and on this...my last day I can honestly say that making the phone call to enroll in this program was one of the best choices I’ve ever made in my adult life. It all starts with Melissa, who is the the leader or whatever you call it of the program. It’s not just about her presence here, you can tell that she actually cares about the people who walk through that door, her office is right at the entrance and she’s always sitting right there saying hi to the people walking in. Personally im going through a rough patch in my life, and having someone like her that always answers her calls, texts, and she will always lend an ear if you need one. Having someone like that running the program sets the precedent for the rest of the staff whom also is amazing. From the higher ups Joe and Rob always being present to Leticia and Melissa running each side it’s all one big positive space, and I appreciate that. I can honestly say that the 4 months I’ve spent here I’ve never felt like a burden, I’ve never felt like I’m, “doing too much” or “being overdramatic” or anything of that nature. This is a place where you feel validated…the staff here does a very good job with making every single person who walks through that door feel like family. So to wrap this up, after this experience I would recommend anyone to this program. Group therapy can seem intimidating, but like I said I’m glad I went through with coming here cause I feel like I’m walking out of this office with a better and more positive mindset, and it’s all thanks to this program.

What can I say about Advanced Therapy, well its in the name, i definitely recieved Advanced Therapy here, the staff is kind and understanding. Not only do they help you get back to baseline, but they help give you the tools for everyday life. 15 out of 10 highly recommend Melissa is amazing too.

I didn’t come to Advanced Therapy to be “treated.” I came to remember who I am. I didn’t come here lost, I came ready to evolve. Advanced Therapy didn’t save me. They gave me the space to save myself. This place doesn’t hand out shortcuts or sugarcoat the truth. They offer something much rarer. A space to face yourself with honesty, to break patterns that have defined you for years, and to finally heal with intention. If you’re tired of surviving and ready to start living, not just existing, this is where your real work begins. It changed everything for me. And if you just show up… it’ll do the same for you.

I've been coming here for years and if it wasn't a good place I wouldn't still be coming here. Brett always seems to get things figured out when sometimes things are left a little array. He fixes a situation in the blink of an eye. Kudos to you Brett.

I have found the outpatient program offered at Advanced Therapy Center is thorough and educational for the mental health treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma through many topics and exercises using CBT and DBT. The staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive, who have created a safe space for their clients when the ups and downs of life gets challenging. The evening Zoom option for group meetings is a great opportunity for those who are looking for help, have daytime commitments and/or live out of state. The program and people of Advanced Therapy Center have been a blessing in my life.
