Kaydence did an amazing job. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and polite. She went out of her way to get us a new retainer while we were in Pocatello while we were in town.

We love adventure! Our 3rd child has just started adventure club and they all love going. The staff is always so nice and remembers us each time. The Drs are the best!

My son and I went to adventure orthodontics after experiencing problems with another orthodontics they wouldnt listen to us at all my son was very upset as well as me and his dad. After talking to Amy and Dr. Mccoy we left feeling both relieved and excited for my son's journey with them they explained everything step by step worked with us financially and made us feel so comfortable 😊 the staff as well was just very welcoming! I highly recommend them to anyone we look forward to the journey with them! 🤗

I had my permanent retainer break and Matt was great to fix it! The office people were awesome! It's clean and friendly environment! Definitely go get your teeth fixed here! Thank you so much

Worst experience, i had lost my retainer after having it for about a month so i called the next day to make an appointment to get a new one. They told me they were booked for three weeks so they couldn’t get me in for three weeks. I asked if my teeth were going to move after three weeks of no retainer and they said they will be perfectly fine. Well they were not, so i went to the appointment hoping the new retainer would put my teeth back in to place but they didn’t feel like mentioning the new retainer is going to keep my messed up teeth where they are. So i had a checkup appointment and they told me i will need to pay for braces again. But didn’t feel like telling me this before buying a new retainer. They also didn’t feel like telling me not having a retainer on for three weeks is going to mess up my teeth even after asking. Crazy they didn’t have space for an appointment that takes maybe ten minutes. I’m happy to pay for my mistakes which i already have but will not keep paying for their mistakes.

Very fast and kind to my daughter. They always make sure she is taken care of.

I am a second grade teacher at Wilcox Elementary School in Pocatello. We look forward with excitement to our field trip to Adventure Orthodontics every year. Lorna Ellen Kd and Aimee were so fantastic, organized, engaging and fun! The children have a blast and love the shirts. Thank you Adventure Team for a wonderful experience.
