Not customer service oriented. I had an appointment scheduled, due to road closure I was going to be 5 min late, I called to inform to be respectful, unfortunately I did not get that in return. I was told I was supposed to be there 15 min earlier, I informed that I was never told that. I was told “I find it hard that they didn’t tell you that”. I was treated rude and as if I was lieing. I was not treated respectfully as a customer. I was not provided the proper information for my appointment, but I was blamed and treated poorly. Also was never an apology for the information not provided properly.

i was moved here because my old office shut down. i never got my meds on time, they refused to take my insurance and i had to pay a very large, outstanding bill because of them. i will not be returning at all and will go through the works to find a new office.

My psychiatrist here has refused to fill my meds based on her own beliefs. She also will send every script EXCEPT the one I'm overdue for to the pharmacy. I have been without my meds for a week now thanks to them.

Wow! What an outstanding experience at this office. I have now had three sessions with my counselor Nick, and one with my psychiatrist. The convenience of being able to do my therapy and med management in the same location has been amazing. I love how small and peaceful the office is. Can't recommend enough.

Was referred here by my general doctor as they were in network and supposed to be able to diagnose ADHD and prescribe medication. They were friendly but are extremely overpriced (2 visits = $445) and were not able to even prescribe the medication needed. Tried contacting me once about making payment before turning over to collection agency.
