I do not even give them a 1 star. I completely forgot that I needed to fill my meds before Christmas. The answering service didn't pay attention to the fact I said that my pharmacy is CLOSED and needed at least 1 pill to make sure I didnt miss a does. So she called Nikki and told her god only knows what and they called the same prescription into my pahatmacy that is closed. And the answering service lady told Nikki I was rude to her. The answering service lady was not even clear on the conversation. Needless to say I won't be going back. And no I have to pay for an extra Dr visit just to get a prescription from another Dr to get my by. Will not go back there ever again.

I have seen Nikki at Agassiz Associates for many years and she's fabulous! She listens and she cares. I also love Carrie at the front desk. She is so kind and she gets things done! :)

Paula is genuinely the kindest and most understanding mental health professional I have ever worked with - she listened to everything I had to say and I genuinely felt heard and seen. She recommended a variety of things beyond just trying new or different medicines - things i never would have considered for myself. I feel so much relief working with her and am excited to try the things she recommended to me.

Knowledgeable providers. Easy to work with. 10/10.

The MOST unprofessional practice i’ve EVER dealt with. roll the dice with your health quite literally ANYWHERE else. The answering service they have is a joke. And communication from your doctors pretty much sucks. Was told that we would “touch base” on Friday from my doctor after pulling a script. Well after a horrendous 48 hours of withdrawing I’m glad to have heard NOTHING back from my doctor (Nikki Annvinson) & when I go to make motion to touch base I get that JOKE of an answering service who will happily “take a message” but then proceed to tell you they do not know who your doctor is. Oh and if you call them before hours that SAME answering “service” will tell you to wait 15 mins to call back when they’re open. They’d be better off with a voicemail. to follow up they have not gotten any better with patient communication when it comes to urgent medication questions. they’ll inform you that they have “an on call doctor” but you’ll NEVER hear from them on pressing questions and concerns about medications. their office staff with absolutely know medicine knowledge will advise you go to the emergency room over something you’re not even sure constitutes as an emergency. They’ll enforce made up policies and change your treatment plan on you MONTHS before they put anything into writing. this place is a fraud, i’d go or drive just about ANYWEHERE else before putting the trust of your mental health into these money hungry “professionals” hands.

Great staff. Great environment. The only time I had a problem with my counselor was when I had a problem with myself. The staff will call you out on your B.S and you will dislike them for it. But it's exactly what you need. I definitely urge others to seek help with Agassiz associates. Don't resist the aid they provide, even if you don't like it.

Agassiz Associates will seem helpful on the surface until you need something of importance. Don't expect anyone from this organization to actually go to bat for you, because it won't happen. A single issue of importance and they threaten the patients and drop them, rather than look out for your best interests. You can be seen there, they will be nice on the surface, just don't expect much for results or help. They are like the neighbor who witnessed your family being harmed, but don't want to say anything because they don't want to get involved.
