Very helpful for all ages.
Super helpful. Was not the correct building and the gal inside was able to direct me to where I needed to go and who to talk to. She was great.
I found them to be slow to respond and return calls. the worker assigned was overly willing to believe a person diagnosed with dementia and brain disease. The investigation was not thorough, they made assumptionns when the elder person refused to see them and provide proof of accusations. If you are dealing with a case of dementia make sure you have a physician assit in making your report!
