My kids were in this company for about a year and they went through many therapist from this company, one of them was with my child For a few days and in those days she made fun of my child while he was having a bad moment crying, she mimicked his crying and there was no consequences towards her. They let things slide and if staff do things they aren’t supposed to they are okay with it. For example being on their phones, being late, or simply just not showing up to session. We had so many bad experiences with these therapist. Whoever is hiring these new therapist has to do a better job. This is NOT a professional company.
My step son is enrolled here and we really like it. Staff is incredibly friendly and really good communication. When therapy is in session, it looks like play while learning everyday things. We need more places like here 🙂
I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciate AIM. I still remember calling them and asking them for a consultation for my daughter, and Lance (owner) walked me through everything. My daughter's BCBA is brittany and my daughter's ABA therapist are Virgina (Ginny) and Allysia. They treat my daughter Riella like family and They help her achieve so much and I see a lot of improvements. Im forever grateful and I highly recommend them.
