I had an appointment scheduled with the Radcliff office and they called me an hour before my appointment time to cancel my appointment and then they never called me back to reschedule the appointment like she said she would. I don’t understand how that is beneficial to someone needing their services. I will not be recommending this office to anyone.
Really love this place. The front desk staff is professional and polite and my therapist Darrell is the best. He really knows his stuff and is very likeable and personable. I would recommend darrell to anybody looking for a therapist. He's just an awesome guy.
The staff at the Radcliff office is very nice! Shout out to my awesome therapist Darrell Locke! He cares about getting your mind and spirit in the right direction. I love his approach to helping myself see the bigger picture and find a solution to my pain. He’s absolutely sweet and funny. His personality is hard to find these days in a therapist! He makes me feel comfortable in letting everything go so he can guide me to healing. Need more just like him! The rest of the staff is awesome as well! The receptionist is also very nice. I’m glad they opened up this location! I’ve seen other therapists, I just could not hit it off and feel trusting, but this therapist really cares about you in helping you find peace. I highly recommend this clinic! They offer telehealth as well as in person appointments.
