My son and I surely enjoyed working with Mr. Richardson over the last couple of years. I would have continued our sessions, but we recently moved to Kentucky. Mr. Richardson was great towards both my son and me. I recommended him to friends and family. My son and I are going to miss working with him both in-person and telehelath.
I'm sure Dr. Richardson is probably a good doctor but now I will never know because his office manager, Miss Underwood has a terrible attitude and is very unprofessional. My insurance called to get information with me on 3-way and the way she spoke with her was embarrassing.
My experience at Alabama Foundation of Therapeutic Service has been phenomenal. I love Mr. Carlos Richardson counseling and psychotherapy techniques and ideas. My family is so thankful and has tremendously benefit for your service of healing . I appreciate it!
