Very family- friendly! Kathryn saw my daughter (who wears braces) and explained with great detail not only how but also why it is so important to brush and floss everyday and between meals for healthy teeth and gums when the braces come off. My daughter was eager to learn and was not discouraged with these new "responsibilities".
Both of my children have been going here their entire lives. The staff is very nice and Dr. Williams explains things well. They do stay booked up, so if you have to reschedule an appointment, it may be a bit before they have an opening. Overall a great experience for myself and my children.
