I was told I need to go to the ER to refill a prescription I need. I'm not going to the ER for a prescription, that is not what the ER is for! Leaving a patient to withdrawl off of a 200mg dose of Seroquel is inhumane.
Took several weeks to get my first appointment. Got to it and realized I knew my therapist personally, so they had to reschedule me for 2 weeks later. Mind you, I've been dealing with a life crisis and need help and this is one of the few offices that takes Medicaid. I show up for my rescheduled appointment only to be told they called me the day before to cancel, but couldn't reach me. Not saying they didn't, but the voicemail never went through to me as I got a new phone. No text or email follow-up either. I guess I just won't get help. I refuse to reschedule again. I needed help weeks ago, or NOW.
Savannah and Maddie are an absolute delight to work with. They are polite, empathetic, and kind-hearted. My schedule fluctuates quite often, and they do what they can to accommodate. Such a wonderful experience every time.
Every time I leave here I feel sick to my stomach by the way I was talked to. I asked for therapy and all was given was a refill. It just seemed like they just want to rush me out the door. Everyones experience is different but mine has never been pleasant. I will not be going back.
This is new to Wasilla and new to me. I have found everyone to be so caring and friendly. They are just getting into the building so be patient.
