Their therapist Jackie is amazing. I unfortunately had to move my kid somewhere else. I wish they were more understanding for a parents who have children with autism. It’s very very hard to find an office who understands, we can’t make it due to the elopement and violence of the child and I can’t predict when it’s going to happen so I can’t let them know until it’s about time for the appointment. Having. Child who’s violent and elopes makes it hard. We could be there on time but still be late due to the struggle to get the child into the office. We could leave on time but it take 45. Mins just to get in the car. I just can’t afford the Fee every time. Times are hard out here

We have been going to APT for almost 2 years and love it. Our therapist is dedicated, caring and hardworking. They are the best in Anchorage. Unfortunately the 2 star review is for their billing department. They don't use normal accounting methods. If you pay a $100 towards your bill, that $100 should be easily identified on your bill. Not here. They breakup your payment and apply it towards each of your visits so you can't clearly see your payments being applied to the bill. A credit card statement shows the total payment received, they don't itemize your payment against each individual purchase.

My son has attended APT for 5 years now and worked with several different therapists. He goes multiple times a week for occupational therapy, physical therapy, aquatic therapy and speech therapy. In the summer he also does hippotherapy (horse therapy) and loves it! We’ve seen great improvements in his abilities with continuous therapies. He really enjoys going to APT and loves all of his therapists. The therapists are great and easy to communicate with, we really feel like they’ve become part of our family! We would highly recommend Alaska Pediatric Therapy for any child that needs OT, PT or Speech.

We go to the Alaska Pediatric Therapy Anchorage location. The facility is clean, safe, and the staff are professional and caring. They've been incredibly gracious when we've had to cancel and/or reschedule and they've been open to trying different types of therapies to help my little reach his full potential. I recommend Alaska Pediatric Therapy whenever someone asks about services for their child.
