What i went through today Dr Catherine Hall !! Today was my first time meeting her. She has the worst attitude and so rude!!! I will never come back! She made me feel like I wasn’t nothing! She need to be let go… 😭😭😭 I have never had a problem until today!! And for mental health you suppose to be someone I can go to for support! I didn’t have none of that my anxiety was through the roof

The front desk staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and ensured I understood the process, and estimated wait times as far as prior authorization from insurance. Wallace Coleman was a joy to speak with as well!! Thankful I gave this place a try.

My daughter saw Joan Fryer. She is a freaking joke!!!! I sent my 9 year old there for help not for this lady to tell my daughter about her own personal issues!!!! What a freaking joke!!!! If you have a child with metal health issues DO NOT BRING your kids here. I am highly upset about this crazy lady not helping my daughter!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

Wait times here are insane. You’re looking at a month and a half minimum between your appointments. 1 appointment to ask me questions, then another appointment for actual testing and they are months apart? Just seems like a game of “how long can we drag this out”

Horrible experience!!! We’ve been waiting for 4 months for results for my daughter’s testing and now can’t get in touch with anyone to check the appointment for this month .. been on hold , set callback, no callback … No reminders , no nothing!!

The front desk associates have HORRIBLE attitudes. EVERY time I call to make an appointment. After my upcoming appointment I will be asking for my records.I am elsewhere privately. I do not even want a referral from them !!I should report them to state medical board. - soon to be ex- participate. Tabou' Borden
