Fantastic visit that went above and beyond my expectations.

I've watch my daughter take leaps n bounds since entering the program. The therapist there are amazing, very loving, n dedicated to helping our little love ones grow!!! Extremely grateful for them !!!
Adding to my review: today 4/14 I was sent a document to sign off on another child’s assessment. What a screw up. That’s a HIPPA violation no?? Get your act together. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. When I initially called to inquire about ABA therapy for my daughter they told me that they need to reach out to insurance to find out coverage. Weeks passed by and nothing was ever discussed with me in full detail. I received an email that showed that ABA would have no copay but unbeknownst to me my insurance would have me pay a coinsurance of 25%. This was not explained to me. I was told I would have an evaluation of my daughter via telehealth. I was hesitant to do that because how can you properly do an evaluation over the phone?? I was assured it would be fine and it was just a formality for insurance. I had the evaluation & was told to point the phone at my 3 year old daughter. I’m chasing her around the house. How is this a proper evaluation?? I check the portal (which now I have been locked out of) and codes were billed to insurance 4 times for this ‘evaluation’. 2 for ‘report writing’ and the others for the telehealth visits. My responsibility for each of those codes is $56 each out of my pocket. I called all about ABA to discuss this matter and also discuss what would be my responsibility going forward with the therapy & she told me that she can’t tell me. She said the therapist would have to come out to my home, provide the services & then they would submit to insurance. What if I can’t afford it?? Then I’m stuck with a bill & a pointless one time therapy session. She said she would have the billing manager call me. No one ever did. I called insurance on my own and they were able to provide me with the cost according to the therapy codes. $600 a week!!!! I feel so terrible that I even started this process with this company. Now going forward if I wanted to try someplace else my insurance will not allow an evaluation because of the stupid pointless one I had with this horrible company!
