If I could rate ZERO I would. This place gave my son a complete and total run around. They are unprofessional and they WILL waste your time with NO regard to you at all. The people in the office are uncommunicative and they don’t even know what’s going on. When FINALLY I had someone for my son to do ABA with the DAY BEFORE they tell me this person can no longer do it. Then tell me my son is on “high priority” and then continue to not reach out for MONTHS. My son has not received services since JUNE. If you guys are LOW STAFFED SAY THAT. Don’t make half ass promises and have parents expecting a faster turn around. I highly do NOT recommend unless you just wanna wait around and get nothing accomplished.
