All About Kids

We have worked with All About Kids for years. They have been such an integral part of my son developing skills that will help him the rest of his life! Therapists are knowledgeable and kind. They are a great resource for him as well as helping support the family as we navigate this stage of development. Highly recommend!

My profoundly non-verbal autistic son has been seeing Linden for over 2 years. She was instrumental in helping me get his diagnosis as well as facilitating access to his much needed speech device. She is incredibly kind, patient, compassionate and a creative problem solver. She is helping my son find his unique voice in this world and I’m forever grateful. We also currently receive PT from Sarah which quickly became my son’s favorite therapy. She is very intuitive, engaging, and keeps him in that perfect balance of challenged but also having fun. We have seen two of the OT’s that no longer work at ABK, and had a mixed experience - problem was with communication of goals and needs and coordination between therapists (each other) and with me. As a previous business owner who ran a similar business model (I ran a salon where I was the owner of the space and rented out to independent contractors), I have compassion for Linden. When therapists are running their own businesses under the banner of yours, it can be hard when there are issues. Parents may not be aware that their therapist is independent and want to look to “management” to help. Linden has done a good job trying to inform families of the business structure on her website and has always gone above trying to maintain a quality group of therapists. I love All About Kids and highly recommend any of the therapists who work there!

Linden and All About Kids is absolutely the best! Linden has worked with my son for over a decade. She brings a natural insight and professional lens that is unmatched. Her therapy is guided by best practice, and her approach to communication problem-solving has helped my son with complex disability thrive. As a teacher, I've also seen her help many others with communication needs. Our family is very grateful for Linden’s skills and expertise!

Amazing place! Linden has helped my son immensely!!

The lack of communication regarding my child's care was extremely concerning and happening very often. My son has been seeing ms. Erin for well over a year and in the beginning she was amazing then within the last couple months she started not communicating with me as the mother regarding his care. I would have to text to confirm and she'd cancel last min often. Then she all of a sudden stated she was opening her own clinic and canceled again we had agreed to transfer over however she then stated shes owed for her last 5 session as medicaid would not cover it. I had communicated with her I was in a battle with medicaid to get his insurance reinstated again and she said she ran it and it was active so I had nothing to worry about. My son is autistic and needs his speech therapy. And now he can't get it. Its extremely upsetting and not okay. And then there is the OT my son was seeing ms. Ashley but the only way we were given to communicate with her was through Ms. Katie we were never given a communication method for Ashley. Ive attempted to reach ms Katie regarding my sons appointment but have been ignored and now my son has missed 2 OT session. And still no communication. If this is what the business allows for child care then I would not recommend them what so ever.
