I have been very interested in trying cranial sacral therapy and was very excited that Shannon offers it in her clinic. It is a very subtle body work, I was very relaxed under Shannon’s touch, she’s has a light healing touch. The therapy consists of light touch and subtle movement. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I’m Clare Armstrong, 87 this week. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for about 40 years. Several very good chiropractors. I first saw a message therapist about 15 years ago. Since then, I have had 4 different massage therapists. In that time frame they have all been good for keeping my body working. As is get older I need/want more attention to my body. Shannon has been my therapist for the last several months and has the talent and education to keep me moving. Oh, I ride my Harley Trike when the weather is okay. Shannon is hands the down best for my body. Shannon’s continuing education and her talent is what makes her so good. Previously, whenever I've gone to someone for a massage, it's mostly a "rub your muscles and feel good" experience. Shannon does true therapeutic work, uses various techniques, and addresses problem areas. Over the past year, she has successfully worked on my neck/shoulder area that had plagued me for the past decade. Now, appointments are mostly maintenance! I love her art of massage!
