Dr. Raymond and his staff are top notch. I have done therapy in the past with no luck. I have gone to Alliance for a few weeks and already feel 100% better. I will never go to another therapy place again as long as they are open. They care about you, are very personable, and listen. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
I went to Alliance Therapy after having lost my short term memory following brain surgery. I did several months of Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy with Veronica and her team of LSU Grad Students. Everyone at Alliance is so incredibly kind, and I was absolutely blown away even from my first visit. When I walked in the door, Angie greeted me, and having never met me she said, “You must be Amber, I spoke on the phone with you yesterday.” When I met with Veronica and her team I knew I was in excellent hands. They carefully went through many assessments with me to get a better idea of the baseline I was coming to them with. My concerns were heard, and a treatment plan was tailored specifically to the deficits I was facing. Veronica quite literally helped me to rebuild my brain, and I am so thankful for her and her team!!
Thank you Alliance for being the support for my health care needs. I appreciate your skilled staff along with the awesome attitudes of each staff member. That meant a lot to me. I have been to your office twice over a 2 year period. Each time I left better than when I arrived. At first I doubted the effect of physical therapy but found it makes a world of difference. Sad to say people today want a PILL to fix health problems. I encourage all out there to give physical therapy a chance. Make sure to follow protocol to the end. They know what they are doing and the time frame it takes. I highly recommend this office. My experience was great and Alliance will be my choice should I need that type of service again.
