DO NOT see Jenai Marshall. She is completely inept at her simple therapist job. She lies and takes sides of custody issues. She purposely sets you up. She does not follow the Judge's rules on providing both parents therapy notes. She had prior knowledge of the situation where the client played cruel jokes and initiated same with no regard to the visiting parent. She has no clue what her role is. She purposely puts you in trauma and then calls it instability. She in no way deserves a license to practice. She has no knowledge of children. She cannot recognize lies when told to her face. She saves your voicemails and then uses it against you without having any prior knowledge she was doing so. Save yourself from the incompetence, drama and lies from this so called therapist . Very very poor. She is being reported to every agency she is affiliated with.

Waited an hour for my appointment with no receptionist. No one knew I made one and told me to wait. Apparently the therapists all book things separately and there are no receptionist.

I've been seeing Dr. Bisio for about a year now. I'm in college right now for a field under mental health services and I can say that this man is very knowledgeable about the brain and different styles of counseling. His services have made a tremendously positive impact on my life. I've never felt like he was watching the clock, and there have been cases where he gave me a little bit of extra time to finish my thoughts or to bring myself back to a calmer place. There are also times where he is running a few minute behind but I'm okay with that because he is doing it to provide the best care possible to each client. I would never want to be pushed out of his office before I'm settled. He is highly professional, sympathetic, and aware. This office has even been kind enough to give a professional referral to me for a friend that was experiencing a very specific issue. I noticed that several people commented on how difficult it is to get ahold of this office. I will admit that it is not as simple as contacting your dentist or family doctor; however, often that is the nature of mental health practices. When I was doing my original search two years ago most of the offices I contacted had a week long wait time for a response. Allied was one of the quicker offices to get back to me. Since then, I have contacted their office and left messages for Dr. Bisio; he always gets back to me within twenty-four hours and I feel that is acceptable. To address insurance concerns, various insurance companies I've been covered by and several mental health offices have informed me it is my responsibility to be aware of how my insurance policy effects deductibles, co-pays, etc. There are simply too many types of policies and changes that can occur for the office to be responsible for being aware of my particular policy. I know we are coming here for help, but we are also empowered to take control of our financial lives.

I really love my therapist, she's great. I go to Kim Wayman, and she has helped me a lot. That being said, getting in contact with the office is awful. I called and left a message as a new client and I left messages at many offices. I only recieved a call back from them, no one else even called back. It's took two weeks to even get that call. Now I go regularly, and they do not call back but every so often unless you are a current client... And even then it can take up to a week to get an appointment, and there have been times I've had to drive there in person to talk to anyone at all. Their billing person seems nice, but very confused. I asked her when my insurance changed if that meant my co-pay each time would change. She told me no, it's be the same, so I came in for another session. Then it went up, tripled actually. I finally asked why I was told that it would be the same, and she told me she wouldn't know, I'd have to call my insurance.... Then she got angry. I'm the one going there for therapy, and she's angry. Like I said, my therapist is great, but as for the office, I'm not sure how they're even running.
