I've tried calling them 3 times no one is answering the phone which is ridiculous if you're going to be in business to help people you should have someone there to answer the phone

The whole place is professional, nice and helpful. I was matched with Jeff and he is very professional and truly amazing. When my world was falling apart and I was becoming depressed, he helped me pick myself back up and get out of that deep dark hole I was starting to crawl inside of. I give this clinic 5 stars so far no issues !!!!!!

I wanted a counselor that was experienced, I’m tired of starting over with new places. I had got put with someone not even licensed who reported to her boss. I don’t feel I got anything out of it. She kept asking me what I wanted out of treatment and it was frustrating. Then she’d give me acronyms to remember which I never did, just felt cheesy and I wasn’t feeling her. I wanted a bit more structure like a mentor. But I guess the good guy that patients like is all booked up with established favorite clients.
Staff is professional, friendly and does a great job communicating. So far we’ve had a great experience with Emily!
I have been working with Tom Williams for over 8 years and he has been the best therapist I've ever had. Compassionate, honest and caring he is like a trusted friend.
This place had not receptionist is had to wait for someone to come thru the lobby to tell them I was there. They never called me back to set up another appt.
Staff was helpful, even helped with a billing issue. Not sure why there was a miscommunication with one review about COVID communication...maybe they were struggling through this time too? Saw them before "all of this" and met with someone I'd highly recommend. Matched up will with her after asking questions.
