They won’t call you back, very hard to get refills. I had my last visit on Feb 5 th with a new doctor for me because my doctor was going on leave. 9 working days later my medication still has not been called into my pharmacy, after leaving a few msgs I got a call back a week later saying they would be taking care of it but still nothing. This is so very irresponsible you can’t just not take your medicine. A lot of them will give you epilepsy and other issues if you suddenly drop them, but that’s where I’m at today two weeks without medicine.

I wish I could give zero stars because that's what this facility deserves. I have called a couple times to change doctors in the practice with no returning phone calls. I had a telehealth appointment that they ghosted my appointment the day of and left me with no meds. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE!

Love Dr. Andrews when I can see her.

Absolutely the worst experience with a psych. Office. The nurse practionor I was seeing would not fill a medication for me after 3 months of asking and I had withdrawals while she went on a 3 week vacation. She also left me on 900mg of lithium A DAY for 3 years before I took myself off of it. Also, never checked my blood once while on that much lithium. I could have easily been harmed. I do not recommend this office at all. Please look into other, more caring and compassionate places.

Dr. Annie Andrews DO was great to work with. Got hit with unanticipated urine drug screen for the DEA Schedule II-V controlled drugs, which erroneously came up positive for amphetamined and methamphetamine. I was taking Adderall XR 30mg with an afternoon booster of 10mg, which semi got me through the day. But hydroxyzine hydrochloride and trazodone it’s been shown to render false positive results as does baclofen. I should have asked to take another test, as it may have very well be a false positive despite the fact I was simply taking my medication as prescribed. Upon Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy analysis, the results confirmed to a high level of specificy, but could equality have likely been triggered by Trazodone/Baclofen both which I was prescribed along side Hydroxyzine for anxiety and insomnia. then so she informed me that she’d not longer be able to continue sending my Rx’s to the pharmacy. I told her I totally understand, I don’t want to push it, so I respected her boundaries and identified and found a new provider. If she were willing to take me back on a patient/client with or without insurance, I’d be more than happy to see her again. Very easy to speak to, office staff is kind, friendly and prompt to answer questions or billing concerns. Would recommend.

can be hard to get through to the office

Unorganized and never answer the phones. Office personnel seem to be untrained in their jobs. Take a look at the past reviews and they all pretty much say the same.

I had an appointment with Dr. Tyler Mardis today, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a psychiatrist. He took his time getting to know my full history, what has worked for me in the past, and what hasn’t. Most importantly, he truly listened — I felt completely comfortable talking about things that are usually really hard to open up about. The office staff was wonderful as well. They helped me another last minute appointment at the holidays and were so kind from start to finish. Overall, my visit was fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Mardis and Ally Psychiatry to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive, and thorough care.

They get you the drugs you need. They will give you the drug test to make sure you take them correctly. Keep in mind, it’s a business. It’s not about your mental health. If you are good with that, this is a good option for you. I’ve been going there for about a year, maybe a little more. It’s systematic. It’s not personal. Do you see the other reviews about phone calls? It is not easy to call and make a change, but also know it’s very easy for them to charge you more for not getting back with you. Notice the canned responses to reviews.

I guess I will be calling another psychiatrist since y’all don’t want to call me back. Yes I couldn’t make my appointment because I had issues with finding somebody to watch my kids so that I could come to my appointment. I tried to call and reschedule multiple times and got no responses at all whatsoever. I don’t know what the deal is, but for the love of God, y’all are a psychiatrist office. Your patients should be your top priority and clearly we are not so that’s fine. Don’t worry I’ll find another one.
