First off they never call you back...I can't read minds can you all?? ... So if they are not taking new patients then your not gonna be taking care of... Rude and unprofessional... This is a mental facility... Psychological Therapy... Your the reason for mental issues with people!!! OMG... I will never ever refer anyone to your place... That Lady who has a thick accent... You are not a good patient caring person. . Obvious to me now...

This is the one and only Google review I have ever written. Therapist Karen Esala is an incredible find!!!! She not only had the Educational Qualifications that I was looking for, she has life-experience, compassion, and a genuine caring compassionate person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! SHE IS THE BEST 🙏

The staff is very professional and insightful. Debra Rhodes is the best clinical therapist I have ever met. She is highly intelligent, educated, cares about her clients and is incredibly respectful.

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is very professional, accommodating to your schedule, and have a vested interest to improve your mental wellness. Appointment availability is satisfactory! Dr. Alan Steed is an awesome therapist that is genuine and very personable. Since last year, he has been consistent and has a genuine concern of assisting me to become a better man for my family and becoming better better for myself and not focusing on being a better service member which I think focusing on the human factor is much more important than anything else.

I’m not one to leave a review for great experiences but I have been beyond impressed with the services provided by Dr. Steed and his team. I feel as if I’m the only patient when I’m there, which hasn’t been my experience at two other clinics in the area. Give this office a chance if you’re tired of waiting in a lobby at other clinics. Front desk staff is friendly and one of the doctor’s even has a dog that has greeted me. Walking through the doors at ANBC for the first time felt like home! I was a little bit nervous going into meet Dr. Steed but I could’nt be happier with the experience I had. Highly professional and very proficient. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile. Everyone was very polite and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a psychologist
