Horrible company

Company as a whole changes their names often because their reputation is down the drain.

Don’t ever schedule with this place. My daughter had her son’s appointment rescheduled twice and then no show on three different scheduled and confirmed appointments. Her son is a level 3 and needs to get started on this therapy. This is very unprofessional and there was always an excuse of miscommunication and no therapist available. It’s one thing to call and say they don’t have anyone, but to just not show up without a call is unacceptable! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My son been coming 3 years now smooth evaluation process it's been positive experience for us friendly rbts and Trish is awesome 👌

I think that the RBT are terrible there. They are only there for a check. They do not take there job serious. They need more training with autism kids. I recommend you try Hoperidge they are better in your kids will love it.

Not happy about the service we're receiving was told it would be a good idea to transition our son into at home thearpy we decided ok let's try it after being with this company for 6 months! Our rbt had to leave which was understandable and we was aware of and she gave notice to company of her leaving well in advance..She was a great fit with our child so were hoping next rbt will be as well .Well fast forward to her now have left guess whst we also have no new rbt and it's going on week 2 seriously. This is a slack way of setting up a new transition and it's making us feel like home thearpy was not a good choice.

My initial interaction with this office was very pleasant. Any questions that I had were answered promptly. And we have been given a ton of useful resources for my child. I am thankful to have been introduced to this facility!
