Very professional and helpful.

Worst case management services i've ever had. Case manager misses two appts in a row, dont hear from him in a month then they drop me?!? Joke of a company and people like Sean shouldn't be allowed to handle peoples cases. People come to you cause they need help, not to be surrounded by people who only care about a paycheck.

Don't be on mainecare or they'll find a reason to get rid of you. They don't care about their patients.

So far, I'm happy with my case manager.

Very nice people here. My daughter has gone here for years and developed a really great relationship with the staff. Highly recommended 👍

After weeks of working with another company, I can safely say, I am mortified with the service provided by Alternative Wellness Care even more than I was when I made my initial decision to discontue working with them. My hope is that this posting will encourage better training in staff, ensuring that each case manager has the tools, resources, and attitude required to assist each client with their needs. I was not offered the quality of care I deserved. I am beyond grateful to have had the skills to advocate for myself and pursue what I knew was correct and healthy.

I really like this service..I have had lots of trouble in the past not being able to connect. Or trusting to easily. So I have had my guard up but it seems as if they do genuinely care about their clients.. Amber is super busy so making sure we keep are appointments is crucial. I am working on that. The secretary Michelle is so amazing always smiling an wishing everyone a good day. I feel a load of relief when I leave..
