Altitude Trampoline Park

We really used to love this place. Coming from Kingman weekly to have my special-needs son do therapy at mile markers. It was very convenient to have the jump place right next-door so my other kids had something to do while waiting. I have a 15, 12, 7, 5 and at the time one year-old. We had been coming for over a year and had memberships for all of the kids except my one year-old Seeing as how she couldn’t walk. My Older kids would play and I would sit with my one year-old and let her crawl around. As soon as my 1 year old stood up and used the wall to walk around the perimeter of the play area staff( not a kid) came and told me I needed to buy her a membership since she was using the facilities. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous considering she couldn’t even climb up on anything or jump. And for me, it was not like I’m trying to be a cheap scape. I spent hundreds of dollars there a month and I’m fine with supporting a business. And I was actually excited for these business owners because my dad used to be a fisherman and knew them personally. But it’s pretty petty to make A frequent customer that spends a ton of money pay for a one year-old’s jump membership when she can’t even jump. Every time we were there, I spent close to 50 or $60 buying pizza and drink drinks And the Massage chairs. Definitely lost a loyal customer

My daughter loves this place. The price to jump is very reasonable and there are many different trampoline involved activities to do. Music is played and they have food and drinks available for purchase as well as rooms for birthday parties. I plan to get my daughter a monthly pass to jump daily when she is with me during the summer.

Staff were really friendly and one staff member blonde girl seen a kid getting out of control and she immediately called him out. Great job on keeping everything safe. The older kids were really considerate of the younger kids. My kids are 4 and 5. I thought that was really sweet. Clean place and staff was really friendly. Will go again and get membership.

Fun place for kids and the whole family. Fun set up for parties and toddler time on Saturday mornings is wonderful for the smaller kids. Member pass is great too as you get super discounted buddy passes when you go with a friend or family member.

We are new to the area and it was a great place. The arcade was expensive but the jump time was pretty average. My son loved the playground. Perfect for all ages.

It was fun but very unsafe your everyone. Big People are jumping from trampoline to trampoline I don't know how many times my 3 year old granddaughter almost got smashed by somebody
