My son receives services here and the staff is outstanding. He’s made strides from the work they’ve done together. I’m so happy we had this resource. If any parents are questioning occupational therapy for their children, this is the clinic you want to work with!

Tammi, one of the receptionists, is consistently very rude. As the first point of contact on the floor, I would expect her to have a better attitude. Unfortunately, this has not been a one-time issue. I’ve visited this facility on multiple occasions, as I’m a travel nurse contracted with several companies and often need routine drug testing, and each time Tammi has been unprofessional and unhelpful. When I saw Kimberly, another receptionist, today, I was hopeful for a different experience, but she carried the same negative attitude as Tammi. They even whispered to each other about my visit, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. If my employers offered another option for testing, I would absolutely choose it. The only positive part of my visits here is Tamara, who performs my actual test with professionalism and kindness.
