A error was made on behalf Social security. Stating that they made a decision based on part of information received from amazing behavioral health, the problem was, I had never attended this facility. I reached out to Mrs nwah Explain the situation to her and assured her I had the proof of documentation. After a brief phone conversation, she provided me the fax number said I could send it the documentation over . After it was already expressed via our phone conversation the reason it was being sent was for her provide some type of written documentation stating that I never received services from her. She agreed . But after me paying $10 to fax my personal sensitive documentation over to her she the refused to do as she stated she would . She said because I’m not her patient she can’t give me a letter of proof that expresses that I’m not her patient or ever was . Jesus Christ of Nazareth that is the craziest thing I ever witnessed. But what upsets me is why did she even waste either one of our time she could have just said Ms Campbell I can’t because you are not my patient. Why agree to have me send my sensitive information over to you first when you already knew I was never your patient and that is the excuse your using of why you can’t give me a letter of proof stating that I’m not your patient. Please it doesn’t make sense . professional mishandling if I ever seen it.

I highly recommend Dr. Catherine she is amazing. She really cares about you and listens to your needs and address’ anything that may come up along way. I have been seeing her almost 3 years now and she goes above and beyond to treat you.

My PCP referred me to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Ms Nwah, for mental health evaluation and management. I have been meeting with this provider once a month and never missed an appointment as I am receiving patient focused care which is very important to me. What stands out the most to me is that I can sense that the provider genuinely listens and helps me set realistic goals for my mental health. I had already given up on thriving mentally before my initial visit with the provider, but I am grateful I did.
