Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy formerly Straka Pediatric Therapies

We’ve been attending Straka and they are so attentive and welcoming. After only a few sessions, I see my 3 year old forming longer sentences and improving his pronunciation. They keep a clean and organized space and all of the staff communicate great!

I don't think there are enough words to express the love and gratitude I have for the entire staff at Straka Pediatric Therapies. My son Roman has been going to Straka since he was 2.5 years old (now almost 7) and he has seen many of the therapists that work there. Our experience has been nothing but absolutely stellar in every way possible. Emilie Straka has comforted me and walked me through every step of my son's therapy, making me feel like a part of her family. Emilie has truly gone above and beyond for my son and I am incredibly thankful for her. Emilie took Roman under her wing and never let him go. Britinni at the front desk.... My goodness.... What a special human. I have watched her jump up and hug patients to calm them down, as therapy can be a little nerve wracking for young kids and others alike. She is one of the most compassionate humans on this planet and makes every interaction personal and special, always reinforcing that familial vibe. I look forward to seeing Britinni every time and have watched her love my kids as they have grown up right before her eyes. I love this group of special people and my family is truly blessed to have found them. Also note, my son couldn't speak at all and suffers from Apraxia. He can now carry on full conversations, no problem, and is flourishing in school and his social circles. They rock at their jobs!!

Our child needed assistance using his legs to avoid knee damage and couldn’t use utensils. After working with Jaclyn/PT and Steph/OT he is now able to play, use a fork in addition to many other life skills. His favorite part of each visit was playing with Britinni in the lobby. We arrive early to give him more time with her. Thx to all the staff at Straka for helping our child run, speak, maintain eye contact, and enjoy learning! Special shout out to Britinni, who we’ve created a special bond with over the past few years as she’s the first and last person we encounter.

My 3 year old son has attended Straka for speech therapy for 5 months now and in his short time there, he has made incredible progress with his pronunciation and articulation noticeable by family, friends, and teachers! It has been truly amazing and a gift to hear and understand all of my son’s thoughts and words. His confidence has grown astronomically and I will forever be grateful to Mrs. Amber for her skillset, knowledge and compassion. Mateo looks forward to going to “Mrs Amber’s school” each week! The entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and quickly became family! Couldn’t recommend enough! They’re truly amazing!

Straka Speech has helped my son beyond words I can express. My son started here at 18 months old and is now 3. He has Childhood Apraxia of Speech. The therapists and environment are welcoming and warm. They helped him to feel comfortable and ready to learn. We saw Melissa and Emilie for speech and he has made major improvements, going from one to two words to being able to speak in sentences. We saw Devon for OT and she helped my son become age appropriate for all OT things related. We absolutely love Straka Speech and recommend them to everyone. They truly made a difference in my son’s life!
