OMG!!! The best decision ever!!!!... My daughter started Amazing Kids Therapy- AKT (Speech & OT) in the Fall 2025.... we were referred to this place by my pediatric neuropsychologist (Dr. Lake & Associate). As a former special education teacher, the schools can only do so much... Matter of fact, the school only recommended and offers speech therapy... Once I started with AKT, after detailed evaluations... OT was added. Let me tell you, that was the game changer ❤️👏🏾. At school, everyone can see the difference... we visited with family over the winter break and everyone was impressed with my childthe.. (Dx: Speech, ADHD, ASD 1) Also, I've had some crazy experience with insurance and figuring out my out of pocket expenses. Let me tell you... AKT front office staff... phenomenal!! VERY detailed with their process... extremely patient and communicate always when I have questions/concerns... Overall, call and set up your appointment TODAY!!!

Everything was fantastic from our first phone call to our first visit. Shelby at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Her voice was also calming and comforting and she made me feel so welcome when I called asking about scheduling my son for a new patient visit. At our first visit, my son’s speech therapist was Tara. She was so warm and kind. She communicated wonderfully with my son and offered encouragement in their evaluation. She offered great feedback, listened to my concerns, and was clear in what the expectations are and what we can expect next. I am so happy to have scheduled my son here. I almost didn’t make the call and so happy we did!! I can’t wait to see the progress my son makes with them. I know he is in good hands.

Unfortunately all they care about is $$$. We took our son here for 4 months for physical therapy when he was first born. The therapists were all wonderful, but the office staff and owner only care about the money. I should have seen the red flag when they wouldn’t even schedule our first appointment without proof of insurance. Or when BOTH the physical therapists left at the same time and a new one started. Or when I asked for another evaluation because it seemed like our son was making lots of progress- I was told they wouldn’t reevaluate until 6 months, regardless of how he was doing. We went twice a week for 4 months- even got emails about our “perfect attendance”. Then last week, I had to cancel due to an insurance error the Amazing Kidz staff was unwilling to work with me on. I called the day before our appointment to cancel and was told I had to pay a $45 cancelation fee because it was only 21 hours notice, not 24 like their policy stated. It didn’t matter to them that we had been patients for 4 months- coming at least 30 times, never canceled or missed an appointment. They were quite rude about the whole thing. We will never return to this office- my suggestion is to keep looking if your child needs therapy. They do not care about your children or their progress, they just want the money.

If I could give them a Zero I would!! I am extremely upset and feel bad for parents that comes to this office thinking Amazing kids therapy is in the business because they truly care for the children and parents that comes to this office seeking help. They only want the MONEY and could care less about the children. My daughter started with them a year ago go for Torticollis, Mrs Morgan was AMAZING. We returned this month for a feeding evaluation and again we run into the same issues as before. This office has an issue of charging accounts without approval. This has happened on many of occasions. I received an invoice. I called to question the invoice no call back but you charge my card without a return call. I called to follow up and question why my card was charged and no explanation! I was told I would get a call back here it is, still nothing!! It’s definitely giving all you care about is the Money!! A call back to explain why I’m being invoiced would have been a simple resolution but instead of calling, you decided to run my card without my permission. Running a business this way you will loose more patients than you will gain. I will not be returning!!!

Amazing Kidz Therapy is such a great company! My son has been going there for a couple years and all of the therapists are outstanding! Just recently, there was a clerical misunderstanding and the receptionist Justene quickly fixed it and saved me money. Amazing Kidz is simply the best!

We’ve had an amazing experience here! From the moment you walk in, Ms. Michelle and Ms. Justine in the front office make you feel welcomed and cared for—they’re always so helpful and kind. My daughter has worked with Ms. Lindsay, Ms. Tara, and Ms. Christine, and each one of them has brought such patience, creativity, and encouragement to her sessions. She’s made great progress and always looks forward to coming in. Ms. Kat, the owner, clearly puts so much heart into creating a warm, supportive environment for both kids and families. We’re so grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality speech therapy services!

We have been seeing Ms. Lindsay for over two years and followed her to Amazing Kidz. She is so talented. She can push kids out of their comfort zone and make it fun. Her technical ability as a speech therapist is a talent that not many have. Our son has been having sessions with her for 2.5 years and is excited to have the session with her every time. We are so thankful to her. As a parent, she also provides you with the tools to continue practicing at home and reinforcing the work completed at speech. The office atmosphere is warm and quiet. All the staff is always friendly. I do hope they expand access to accepting Aetna in the future.
