Ambercare

I went to my podiatrist last Tuesday. He said they ordered Home Health to come see me for a foot care wound. Amber care was to be at my home on Thursday. I did get a call, saying Sheila would be contacting me for a Friday visit.. today is Sunday. Nothing yet.. I’m going to do my own care.. I’m not pleased at all with the service from Ambercare in Deming, New Mexico. .

Ambercare sent a caregiver to our home to assist my disabled husband. That caregiver overloaded and destroyed our dryer, causing nearly $1,200 in damage. We looked into repairs, but the damage was bad enough that replacement is the only option. I reached out to Ambercare multiple times. I gave them every chance to make it right. They ignored me. No apology. No accountability. Just silence. If this is how they treat disabled clients they claim to support, then they have no business being in anyone’s home — especially around vulnerable people. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the state and we’re preparing to take legal action. If you’re considering Ambercare, ask yourself what kind of agency refuses to respond after causing real financial harm to a disabled family. This wasn’t just an accident. It was negligence, followed by stonewalling. Shameful behavior from a company that pretends to care.

Never answered messages failed to come out on appointed day never called to let us know what was going on. Amber care DOES NOT CARE LIKE WE CARE.

I had a sister die at home with the most caring and supportive Ambercare hospice (end of life)crew and now have proud VETERAN father receiving home healthcare and loves the staff and is healing well. Thank you Ambercare !

I can not say enough about the care, professionalism and empathy that Yvonne and DeAndre showed through a difficult time with our family. We did not know what to do or to expect and they walked us through it one step at a time. It takes very special individuals to do what these two women do. They feel like a part of our family now! This Company is entirely useless. You can never get a stand in caregiver if you need one. In fact they tell you they have someone lined up to work my hours then no one shows up. When you try to reach them. They rarely answer the phone. The office personal are useless The only good thing I can say about them is my caregiver is the best. This is not about their caregivers it's all about the administration's of the office. If your looking for these services GO SOME3 ELSE

No longer Coordinated home care (that's when they treated the clients and the staff like family) Not any more they are now Addus Home Care. A large corporation bought them out and now give the large corporation feel. The personal family touch is gone!!! Switch to a home own Home Care service. Stay away from here!!!
