Ambitions of Idaho

I have been seeing Kacie for about 2 years now and she is so great. I've had a wonderful experience with her! Even though our appointments are all telehealth there is still that important connection between counselor and patient.

The Counsellor did not let me know she was going to have a baby although I am very happy for her. It is not ok to just leave me hanging and now have to find a new counselor.

I feel very sad and disappointed. I think I've been with ambitions around 4 years maybe longer. When Covid-19 broke out people stayed home. I went down for what was normally my appointment either with counseling or the med management dr. either way I drove down there there was only the secretary and the councilors, etc. We're home. I had two appointments with the med management doctor who I talked to over the phone. But know one called me and told me about teleconference. I don't know why I didn't think about it except I was have even more trouble with my anxiety and depression. I even told doc. To up some meds. So I was sooo shocked when they let me go with no references. I was having some trouble with phone but they could've sent instructions in the mail. I wanted to see my counselor but thought she wasn't counseling. Now I've been feeling more and more depressed.

They are good counseling and friendly!

One of their therapists (French) agreed to meet me on a Thursday and I arrived and she said my appointment was for the previous day. I know for a fact I double checked my appointment with her and write it down when we made it. I would not have agreed to a Wednesday because I have a class that day and time. I found this very unprofessional and a waste of my gas and time. And that is only ONE of the MANY scheduling disasters that have I counted with them. I am also in desperate need of my medication right now which has been also unprofessionally delt with. I have gone without meds for 3 weeks now. And I have not gotten direct answers from anyone I’ve called. This is extremely neglectful. My entire experience with ambitions has been neglectful. I’ve been transferred on the phone a billion times to people who don’t have answers, The doctors switch buildings all the time and it is very confusing and I have wasted my gas and time more than once going to the wrong place. And the counseling is subpar as well. They end early if there isn’t much to talk about. They do not go in-depth. They do not establish trust or rapport I would not advise anyone to come here for medication or therapy unless you want to spend endless amounts of time on the phone and going without necessary medication for weeks.

The gentleman named Carl FELL ASLEEP during a very important interview I had with him. Completely unproffessional. They also failed to send vital information to a attorney, resulting in substantial complications
