The people who answer the phones are great. Kind, supportive, and understanding. I've called there when I could hardly speak through sobbing and tears. They waited for me, listened to what I was going through & scheduled me 1st avail appointment. Dr. Sprung is awesome. He listens carefully & asks questions in order to treat my mental health. Chuck C
