American Behavioral Solutions (ABS) is a wonderful place for kids getting ABA therapy! The staff is really kind and helpful, and they work together as a team to help each child learn and grow. The bosses at ABS are super supportive, so everyone feels happy and wants to do their best. Most importantly, ABS really cares about the kids and works with families to make sure each child gets exactly what they need. It's amazing to see how much the kids improve! If you want a place that's caring, positive, and focused on helping kids succeed, ABS is a great choice.

Me siento muy contenta y satisfecha que mi hija y mi familia pertenescamos a esta agencia, desde el primer día que llegamos fueron muy amables con nosotros, nos hicieron sentir en confianza, y me sentí tranquila al poner a mi hija en sus manos, las terapistas muy profesionales, tanto en el centro que es donde mi niña a las terapias como en casa, mi niña recibe dos días de terapia en casa y me gusta ver como trabajan con ella, sin contar los cambios benéficos que mi niña ha tenido desde que iniciaron las terapias, el personal también se preocupa por nosotros los padres, ofreciendo parent training cada mes, y nos hacen ver que no somos los únicos con nuestros niños autistas, sinceramente agradezco a todo el personal por todo el trabajo que realizan, y mi mayor satisfacción es ver a mi hija, tranquila, contenta y lo mejor realizando sus pequeños logros día a día, 100% yo recomiendo esta agencia. MUY DISGUSTADA CON LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE ESTA AGENCIA Como madre de un niño con autismo, siento una profunda frustración y decepción con la administración de ABS. Mi hijo recibió terapia con esta agencia durante dos años y quiero dejar muy claro que no tengo absolutamente nada negativo que decir sobre la RBT que trabajó con él: fue dedicada, comprometida y se ganó la confianza de mi hijo, lo cual no es algo fácil de lograr con un niño dentro del espectro autista. Lamentablemente, no puedo decir lo mismo sobre la administración de ABS. Cada vez que mi hijo lograba adaptarse a una rutina —ya fuera en casa, en el centro de terapias o en la escuela—, la agencia decidía hacer cambios de personal, reemplazando terapeutas sin previo aviso ni justificación clínica. Estos cambios no respondían a las necesidades de mi hijo, sino a decisiones puramente administrativas que afectaron gravemente su progreso y estabilidad emocional. Cada cambio inesperado era un retroceso, una desestabilización que costaba semanas e incluso meses de trabajo recuperar. La agencia no supo —ni quiso— priorizar lo que es mejor para el niño. No trabajan con productos, trabajan con personas. Con niños. Con niños vulnerables que necesitan estabilidad más que nada. Por esta razón tomé la difícil decisión de suspender las terapias ABA con ABS. No puedo seguir exponiendo a mi hijo a un sistema que no protege su bienestar emocional ni respeta su proceso. Es devastador como madre sentir que quienes deberían estar apoyándote en este camino tan complejo, terminan entorpeciéndolo por decisiones administrativas sin alma ni criterio clínico. Ojalá esta agencia entienda que el trabajo clínico no puede estar supeditado a decisiones de oficina. Y que el compromiso debe ser con el bienestar del niño, no con la conveniencia del sistema. Una madre desconcertada, angustiada y muy decepcionada. VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS AGENCY'S ADMINISTRATION As the mother of a child with autism, I feel a deep sense of frustration and disappointment with the administration of ABS. My son received therapy through this agency for two years, and I want to make it very clear that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the RBT who worked with him: she was dedicated, committed, and earned my son's trust — something that is not easy to achieve with a child on the autism spectrum. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about ABS’s administration. Every time my son managed to adapt to a routine —whether at home, in the therapy center, or at school— the agency would decide to make staffing changes, replacing therapists without prior notice or clinical justification. These changes were not based on my son’s needs but rather on purely administrative decisions that seriously affected his progress and emotional stability. Every unexpected change was a setback, a disruption that took weeks or even months of work to recover from. The agency neither knew how —nor wanted— to prioritize what was best for the child. They are not working with products; they are working with people. With children. With vulnerable children who need stability more than anything. For this reason, I made the difficult decision to suspend ABA therapy with ABS. I can no longer expose my son to a system that does not protect his emotional well-being or respect his process. As a mother, it is devastating to feel that those who are supposed to support you on this complex journey end up hindering it with soulless administrative decisions lacking any clinical reasoning. I hope this agency understands that clinical work cannot be subjected to office decisions. The commitment must be to the child’s well-being, not the convenience of the system. A confused, anguished, and deeply disappointed mother.
