I suffered from anxiety and sleep issues for a long time. I went to Anaconda nuerofeedback after many failed attempts with medications. The staff is very personable and professional. They made me feel very comfortable during every aspect of the process. I have done 13 sessions and I can honestly say it has changed my life! My anxiety and sleep have been the best they have ever been! If you have a chance to have neurofeedback done…. I would say DO IT a million times over. It is worth it and you won’t be disappointed!
